London is truly one of the most thrilling cities out there, and I’m not just saying that because I’m partial to it—I genuinely believe it! Having lived in London for several years, I’ve had the chance to experience all it has to offer across various budgets, and I’m convinced there’s something here for absolutely everyone.
Recently, some friends from Finland visited, and I thought it would be perfect to catch up over a meal. I’d been wanting to try Duck and Waffle for ages, especially for the amazing view, so I secured a brunch reservation, and we headed out for a lunch with a view.
While there’s typically an order of starters to desserts, when you’re with great friends, those rules fly out the window. It’s all about enjoying tasty food and catching up on everyone’s news—food being the top priority! We decided on a strategy where each of us ordered what we liked individually, then shared everything. It turned out to be a fantastic way to taste a bit of everything.
