My recent trip to Santorini, Greece was amazing! Everything from the people and culture to the islands and food makes Greece one of my top travel spots. I even looked into a few islands I’d love to visit next, like Milos or Zakynthos (also known as Zante). There’s a long list of islands that are just begging to be explored. It would be a dream to have a yacht to cruise around the Aegean Sea!
Now, onto the recipe I created, inspired by classic Greek cuisine with a twist of fresh salmon. Full disclosure: I couldn’t find any Greek salmon in London, so I went with some delicious Scottish salmon instead.
