There’s nothing quite like enjoying a meal with an amazing view. Food tastes better, and wine seems smoother when you have a stunning backdrop. When I arrived in Ho Chi Minh City, or HCMC as I’ll call it, I was advised to visit the Bitexco Tower. I’d seen it from my hotel, and it seemed worth checking out.
Once I got to the tower, the view of HCMC was breathtaking. However, there was a persistent feeling I couldn’t shake. After a moment of confusion, I realized it was hunger making its presence known. Luckily, there’s a restaurant at the top of the tower, and I was more than ready to grab some lunch there.
